    Farm: Finca San Isidro is a family-oriented business run by a third-generation coffee producer, who took over the farm in 2021. Upholding a legacy of quality, this farm earned top placements in the 2022 and 2023 Cup of Excellence.

     

    This Catuai lot was handpicked at peak ripeness (21° Brix) from January to May 2024. It underwent a 16-hour fermentation at 17-23°C, followed by washing and drying on raised beds under partial shade for 12-15 days at 18-28°C.
